My name is Olga Martin, and I’m your real estate agent in Berlin.

You may be surprised by the fact that I work in five language: German, Polish, Italian, Spanish and of course English.
I find efficient communication crucial in dealing with my clients. Speaking numerous foreign languages allows me to efficiently work with the international community of Berlin.
It’s also very important for me to make sure the customer feels comfortable and understands not only the contract they sign, but also the peculiarities of property selling in Germany.
Real estate trade also requires knowledge of the applicable civil law in Germany, which is also something I can help with. German law is different that English law, so you need to remember how specific it is in order to avoid unpleasant and expensive consequences.
Expertise and partnership
I completed a post-graduate real estate economics course (Immobilienwirtschaft) in Berlin; it gave me the necessary foundation for starting my real estate business. Later on I collaborated with a Berlin-based property developer, being responsible for the entire process of new buildings’ development. My job started with purchasing plots in Berlin, then getting the necessary building permits, calculating the construction costs, cooperating with architects and contractors, then selling the flats, working with the buyers and finally arranging fixtures and fittings and making the flats ready for handover. I capitalized on this experience after opening my own real estate agency in Berlin. Since then I’ve cooperated with various companies and real estate agencies in Germany.
